Who we are

The Wishing Stream is run by Stewart Morpurgo, entrepreneur individuel, 36 Rue de St Corentin, Lescobet, 29550 Plomodiern, France. For any question about your data, email Stewart.Morpurgo@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. If you tick "Keep in touch", we also record that you agreed to hear from us.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your stay (the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract). If you ticked "Keep in touch", to send you occasional news and offers (the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us).

Who sees it

Only us. The form is run by Squarespace, our website host, which stores submissions on our behalf. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: up to two years, then deleted. Guest records: as long as French accounting and tax rules require. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it, or three years after we last heard from you.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that it needs to work, and others (such as visitor statistics) only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie Preferences" link at the foot of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Les informations envoyées via le formulaire de contact (nom, e-mail, téléphone, message) servent uniquement à répondre à votre demande et, si vous l'acceptez, à vous envoyer de nos nouvelles. Elles ne sont jamais revendues. Vous pouvez à tout moment demander leur consultation, rectification ou suppression en écrivant à Stewart.Morpurgo@gmail.com, ou saisir la CNIL.
